3. I've uploaded my site but the welcome page is showed only.
You need to replace the original index.html file with your own. If your site's main page has a different extension (index.htm, index.shtml, index.php) you need to delete the original index.html.
4. My account has been created, my site is uploaded, but I get an error when accessing my domain.
If your domain settings has been changed, or has just been registered it might take up to 72 hours to fully propagate through the Internet and become available from everywhere.
5. How can I preview my site before my domain name is fully propagated.
Please refer to your Control Panel how you can preview your site.
6. I can't SSH to my server. What's wrong?
SSH access is not enabled by default. Please submit a support ticket to enable it.
7. What is my username for SSH?

Yes, but we will need you to provide us with the necessary information, like username and password at your registrar.
