FAQ :: Reseller

1. What is the difference between a standard and a reseller account?
A standard account is used to host only one site, while with a reseller account you are able to create several domains and host multiple sites. You can set what services are enabled for each domain and what limitations apply (bandwidth, disk, etc...). Reseller accounts are, as the name says, to resell, so we assume you have server and hosting knowledge, that's why only essential support is provided when something is not working due to a server problem. In a standard account configuration help and general support is provided.

2. How many domains can I host with a reseller account?
You can host as many domains as you wish while it fits your disk and bandwidth limits.

3. Do you provide support for my clients hosted with my reseller account?
It is your responsibility to provide your customers with support. Please contact our sales department if you need a reseller account with support to your customers.

4. Do you bill my clients or do I have to?
No. You have to take care of the billing.

5. Am I allowed to host adult sites?
No. Adult sites are not allowed on our servers.
